Words to Live By: Malcolm London’s “High School Training Ground”

When we hear the phrase “front lines,” we think of a battleground during war. Poet and activist Malcolm London reveals that high school presents students just as much of a battle as combat does. I head this in class the other day and was blown away — it really took me back to the front lines of my own high school experience.
